Wes Dye is an associate in a wealth counseling firm, The Worthan Group. He is also a Regional Director and on the Board of Regents for the National Development Office of National Heritage Foundation. He is a Charter Trust Officer for Summit Trust Company, and a Certified Philanthropic Developer and Philanthropic Development Officer for over 50 national and international foundations.
He has over 20 years experience in tax planning, financial counseling and coaching, asset allocation, and investment management for individuals, families, and companies. He was a Certified Trading Advisor specializing in portfolio balancing and protection, hedging equities and interest rate risk, and bond and commodity trading. He is currently creating a workshop and book on Wealth Strategies and Planned Giving Secrets of the Wealthy. He has a special interest in talking with Business and MBA Classes at universities about these powerful concepts to build and perpetuate Living Legacies by stewarding and directing social capital to sustainable and restoration projects.
His present focus is wealth counseling and life planning for high net worth individuals, families, and companies. He works with a network and team of nationally recognized professionals to provide the highest level of service and benefits to clients. He has a passion for working with owners of family farms, ranches, and businesses with an emphasis on tax free environments. He coaches families on how to build and retain their assets in the family for future generations instead of selling them because of tax liabilities or estate considerations. He believes we need to preserve the rural fabric of the country to sustain a healthy society and environment.
Mr. Dye is also a fund raising consultant and grants researcher for individual, family, neighborhood, and company foundations, assisting them in establishing and growing these organizations by keeping their assets and resources directed specifically and locally.
